Happy Heart's Day is coming...

So here are some fun cards I created for the scrapbooking store for the most wonderful and romantic day of the year....Valentine's Day!!  I was given the new Kaiser Craft line called "Sweet Nothings".  Such beatiful papers and die cuts to work with.  Love, love, love these papers.

On this card I used some Prima lace, and some old vintage ribbon.  I then used one of the Tattered Angels frames on the front and sprayed it with Vintage Pink Glimmer mist and then used some Crafty Secrets mini scraps and some stamps from the Crafty Secrets "French Mail" collection.

On this next card I used another one of the Crafty Secrets images with some vintage seam binding, some old vintage lace I tea stained and some little embellishments from Prima.  The little lace vintage heart and wings I had found on line.

This card was made using the Kaiser Craft papers, some of there die cuts, and a Maya Road little frame that I painted an antique white color, distressed the edges and covered it with glitter.  And of course some vintage ribbon at the top with a few little trinkets added here and there.

The stamp set used was from Crafty Secrets "French Mail" set.

The last card I made using all the same papers and die cuts with some more vintage seam binding, a Maya Road pearl stick pin and some trinkets that I found at a local jewelry store.  The gray little rose is from Prima.

Lastly, I made these sweet little nothings from some glassine bags, and tucked some little tags inside each one of them with a sweet little sentiment on them.

The first little envelope on the left is using the Kaiser Craft papers, and the top is just using one of the die cuts folded in half and used on the top of the envelope.  The angel is also one of the die cuts that I just took and put some glue on the wings and then glittered.

The next envelope is using yet another one of the die cuts from the collection and just the same I took some glue and glittered the wings of the bird.  And the same technique was used at the top of this envelope as well.

The last little envelope was using all the same techniques and inside each of the envelopes I took some old vintage sheet music distressed the edges and tucked them inside wach of the envelopes.  Hope you try making some of these little goodies.  Enjoy!
